Privacy Policy
How MR Paracha handles website inquiries, browser preferences and information used to operate the website.
Introduction
MR Paracha is operated by Muhammad Rehan Paracha. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website or send a project inquiry.
Information We Collect
The Contact form asks for:
- Name
- Work email
- Company / organization (optional)
- Project type
- Brief project description
Please include only information relevant to your inquiry. The form does not accept file uploads.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review your project inquiry, respond to you, clarify scope or questions, and discuss an appropriate next step. We also process information needed to protect the form from abuse and security threats.
Inquiry information is not used for newsletters, advertising or marketing.
Contact Form Processing
The Contact form uses Resend on the server to deliver inquiries by email to hello@mrparacha.com, sent from inquiries@mrparacha.com. Your validated email address may be used as Reply-To so we can respond directly. A submission confirmation does not guarantee receipt in the mailbox.
The website does not have an application inquiry database or CRM. Inquiry values are not intentionally saved in browser storage, query strings or analytics. Values may remain in the form while you correct an error or retry; the form clears them after an accepted submission.
Technical and Security Information
Form processing checks technical submission information, including a submission token, a hidden anti-spam field and the request Origin. Temporary security records help limit repeated requests and recognize duplicate submissions. A trusted client IP address is used for rate limiting only when a safe server configuration supplies it; otherwise requests share a rate-limit group.
The website uses these browser preferences:
- localStorage: mr-paracha.theme remembers a manual Light or Dark preference. Choosing System removes that preference.
- sessionStorage: mr-paracha.entry-seen avoids replaying the introductory animation in the same tab session.
- localStorage: mr-paracha.analytics-consent remembers whether you allow or decline analytics, when analytics is configured.
These preferences do not contain inquiry data or a visitor identity. If storage is blocked, the website remains usable and analytics stays off.
The website may use Google Analytics when analytics is configured and you choose to allow it. It helps us understand page visits and useful actions, such as opening a project or submitting an inquiry. No Google Analytics script or request is sent before you allow analytics, or when analytics is not configured.
After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies with browser identifiers and process technical information about your device and visits. Google also receives connection information, such as an IP address, when your browser contacts its service. We send approved page paths and fixed action labels, without URL query strings or Contact inquiry contents. We do not include names, email addresses, company names, project descriptions or other form values in analytics events.
The website has no advertising trackers, session replay, newsletter, payment processing or booking system.
Third-Party Services
Resend processes inquiry information to deliver Contact emails. Email correspondence is also handled by the mailbox services involved. These services have their own privacy practices and records.
When configured and allowed, Google provides the analytics service and processes analytics information under its own privacy practices. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp is an optional external contact channel. If you choose Contact on WhatsApp, information you share there is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential project relationship, maintain necessary business records, and meet applicable obligations.
Temporary application security and rate-limit records are separate from inquiry correspondence. They contain counters, expiry information and hashed identifiers or submission fingerprints, rather than a stored inquiry record. Their expiry windows are not deadlines for deleting emails.
Resend delivery records and mailbox-provider records have their own retention arrangements. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for those records.
Analytics records are separate from inquiry correspondence. Their retention depends on the analytics account and provider settings; we do not promise a fixed deletion period here. The analytics preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage.
External Links
Links may take you to websites or services operated by others. Their handling of information is governed by their own practices. Review those practices before sharing information with them.
Your Choices and Contact
You can choose whether to submit an inquiry, leave the optional company field blank, select System to clear a saved theme preference, or clear or block browser storage using your browser settings.
Where analytics is configured, you can accept or decline it and use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice. Declining or withdrawing stops future collection by this integration and clears its accessible analytics cookies. This does not delete information already received by Google or give us control over all browser or provider storage. Your choice does not affect access to the website or Contact form.
For privacy questions or requests about inquiry information you have provided, contact hello@mrparacha.com. We will review your request and respond as appropriate to the information involved and any applicable obligations.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the website or its information-handling practices change. The current policy will be available on this page.
